Program Lead for Emerging Creators

Job Summary

To support the launch of the Emerging Creator Program, the part-time contract Program Lead for Emerging Creators will manage the program's development and execution, including curriculum design, guest speaker coordination, and community engagement, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the program outline into a detailed week-by-week curriculum and manage the guest speaker pipeline
• Oversee biweekly programming, including scheduling, session production, and community management
• Produce the graduation moment and deliver a program retrospective to inform future cohorts

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience running cohort-based programs, accelerators, or high-touch event series
• Strong understanding of the creator economy and experience working with nano/micro creators
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in managing program logistics
• Ability to create a welcoming and engaging experience for program members
• Experience producing in-person events and familiarity with AI creative tools is a plus
