Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and operationally-focused leader, the full-time Program Lead for Performance Center will manage the operational framework, drive accountability, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure high performance and customer success in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and refine the operational framework for the Performance Center to ensure commitments to partners are met
  • Drive the operational cadence by owning scheduling, agenda setting, and facilitation of departmental meetings
  • Define and track strategic operational metrics to measure success and ensure efficient scaling of the team
Required qualifications
  • At least 8 years of experience in Operational Leadership, Program Management, or Engineering Management in high-volume internet traffic or cloud environments
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion with exceptional operational rigor
  • Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders with technical insights
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to navigate competing priorities across multiple teams
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on providing measurable data for strategic decision-making
