Program Lead for Performance Center

Job Summary

Driving operational excellence, the full-time Program Lead for Performance Center will build frameworks for accountability, manage operational cadences, and synthesize technical insights to ensure high performance and customer success in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and refine the operational framework to drive accountability across high-stakes initiatives
• Own scheduling, agenda setting, and facilitation of departmental meetings and reviews
• Define and track strategic operational metrics to ensure efficient scaling of the team

Required qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in Operational Leadership, Program Management, or Engineering Management
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion
• Experience partnering with and influencing C-suite stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on measurable data for strategic decision-making
• Background in high-volume internet traffic or cloud infrastructure environments
