Program Lead for Performance Center

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and operationally-focused leader, the full-time Program Lead for Performance Center will manage the operational framework, drive accountability across initiatives, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure high performance and customer success in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and refine the operational framework for the Performance Center to ensure commitments are met
• Drive the operational cadence by facilitating daily standups, weekly syncs, and seasonal readiness reviews
• Define and track strategic operational metrics to measure success and ensure efficient scaling of the team

Required qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in Operational Leadership, Program Management, or Engineering Management in high-volume internet traffic or cloud infrastructure
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion with exceptional operational rigor
• Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders with technical insights
• Strong relationship-building skills and experience navigating competing priorities across departments
• Analytical mindset with a focus on providing measurable data for strategic decision-making
