Program Lead Interoperability

Job Summary

To support the Risk Adjustment team, the remote Program Lead, Interoperability will manage interoperability projects, develop relationships with provider partners, and ensure the accurate acquisition of healthcare data from multiple systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead interoperability projects with provider outreach and develop operational strategies
• Create and maintain project plans while collaborating across the organization to monitor initiative impact
• Oversee testing and validation of data connections to ensure compliance and functionality

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations or health insurance, specifically with provider groups
• 2+ years of experience in delivering interoperability projects or programs
• In-depth knowledge of TEFCA
• Strong analytical skills
