Program Lead, Interoperability

Job Summary

Leading interoperability initiatives, the full-time remote Program Lead, Interoperability will manage projects with provider outreach, develop partnerships, and ensure the effective acquisition of healthcare data from multiple systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead interoperability projects and develop relationships with provider group partners and vendors
• Create and maintain project plans while collaborating across the organization to monitor initiative impact
• Oversee testing and validation of data connections to ensure compliance and functionality

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations or health insurance, specifically with provider groups
• 2+ years of experience delivering interoperability projects/programs
• In-depth knowledge of TEFCA
• Strong analytical skills
