Program Lead - Performance Center

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and operationally-focused leader, the full-time Program Lead - Performance Center will manage the operational framework within the Performance Center, driving accountability and cross-functional alignment in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and refine the operational framework for high-stakes initiatives to ensure commitments are met
• Drive the department's operational cadence by facilitating daily standups, weekly syncs, and seasonal readiness reviews
• Define and track strategic operational metrics to ensure efficient scaling and success

Required qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in Operational Leadership, Program Management, or Engineering Management in high-volume internet traffic or cloud environments
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion with exceptional operational rigor
• Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in providing measurable data for strategic decision-making
• Experience in navigating competing priorities across Finance, Product, and Engineering teams
