Program Lead, Performance Center

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and operationally-focused leader, the full-time Program Lead, Performance Center will manage the operational framework, drive accountability across initiatives, and partner cross-functionally to ensure high performance and customer success in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and refine the operational framework to drive accountability and meet commitments across high-stakes initiatives
• Own the scheduling, agenda setting, and facilitation of operational meetings to maintain departmental cadence
• Define and track strategic operational metrics to ensure efficient scaling and success of the Performance Center

Required qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in Operational Leadership, Program Management, or Engineering Management in high-volume internet traffic or cloud infrastructure
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion with exceptional operational rigor
• Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders with technical insights
• Strong relationship-building skills with experience navigating competing priorities across multiple teams
• Analytical mindset with a focus on providing measurable data for strategic decision-making
