Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and operationally-focused leader, the full-time Program Lead - Performance Center will manage the operational framework and cadence of the Performance Center, ensuring accountability and alignment across cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and refine the operational framework to drive accountability for high-stakes initiatives
- Own the scheduling and facilitation of departmental meetings, including daily standups and seasonal reviews
- Define and track strategic operational metrics to ensure efficient scaling and success
Required qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience in Operational Leadership, Program Management, or Engineering Management
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion
- Experience in translating technical findings into business-ready insights for executive stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional relationship-building skills to navigate competing priorities across teams
