Program Lead - Performance Center

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and operationally-focused leader, the full-time Program Lead - Performance Center will build and refine operational frameworks, drive accountability across high-stakes initiatives, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest level of performance for demanding workloads, with a preference for hybrid work near San Francisco, New York, or Denver.

Key responsibilities

• Build and refine the operational framework for the Performance Center to drive accountability and ensure commitments are met
• Own the scheduling, agenda setting, and facilitation of daily standups, weekly syncs, and seasonal readiness reviews
• Define and track strategic operational metrics to ensure efficient scaling and success across the team

Required qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in Operational Leadership, Program Management, or Engineering Management in high-volume internet traffic or cloud infrastructure environments
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion with exceptional operational rigor
• Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders with technical insights
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on measurable data for strategic decision-making
• Experience in maintaining operational momentum in complex, fast-moving environments
