Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and operationally-focused leader, the full-time Program Lead - Performance Center will manage the operational framework of the Performance Center, driving accountability and cross-functional alignment while ensuring high performance for demanding workloads in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Build and refine the operational framework to drive accountability across high-stakes initiatives
  • Own the scheduling, agenda setting, and facilitation of departmental meetings and readiness reviews
  • Define and track strategic operational metrics to ensure team efficiency and success
Required qualifications:
  • At least 8 years of experience in Operational Leadership, Program Management, or Engineering Management
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion with exceptional operational rigor
  • Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on measurable data for strategic decision-making
  • Experience navigating competing priorities across Finance, Product, and Engineering teams
