Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and operationally-focused leader, the full-time Program Lead, Performance Center will manage the operational framework and cadence of the Performance Center, ensuring high performance for demanding workloads while collaborating cross-functionally to drive accountability and strategic momentum.
Key responsibilities
- Build and refine the operational framework to drive accountability across high-stakes initiatives
- Own the scheduling, agenda setting, and facilitation of departmental meetings and reviews
- Define and track strategic operational metrics to ensure efficient team scaling and success
Required qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience in Operational Leadership, Program Management, or Engineering Management
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion with exceptional operational rigor
- Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
- Strategic fluency in how technical performance impacts financial margins and customer success
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on providing measurable data for decision-making
