Program Lead, Performance Center

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and operationally-focused leader, the full-time Program Lead, Performance Center will build and refine operational frameworks, drive accountability, and partner cross-functionally to ensure high performance in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and refine the operational framework for the Performance Center to ensure commitments are met
• Drive the operational cadence by owning scheduling, agenda setting, and facilitation of key meetings
• Define and track strategic operational metrics to measure success and ensure efficient scaling

Required qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in Operational Leadership, Program Management, or Engineering Management
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion with exceptional operational rigor
• Demonstrated executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on measurable data for strategic decision-making
• Experience navigating competing priorities across Finance, Product, and Engineering
