Program Lead - Performance Center

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and operationally-focused leader, the full-time Program Lead - Performance Center will manage the operational framework and cadence of the Performance Center, ensuring high performance and accountability while collaborating cross-functionally in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and refine the operational framework to drive accountability across initiatives and ensure partner commitments are met
• Own the scheduling, agenda setting, and facilitation of departmental meetings and reviews to maintain operational cadence
• Define and track strategic operational metrics to ensure efficient scaling and success across the team

Required qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in Operational Leadership, Program Management, or Engineering Management in high-volume internet traffic or cloud infrastructure
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion with exceptional operational rigor
• Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders with technical insights
• Strong relationship-building skills to navigate competing priorities across various teams
• Analytical mindset with a focus on providing measurable data for strategic decision-making
