Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and operationally-focused leader, the full-time Program Lead, Performance Center will manage the operational framework and cadence of the Performance Center, ensuring accountability and cross-functional alignment while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and refine the operational framework to drive accountability across high-stakes initiatives
  • Own the scheduling, agenda setting, and facilitation of departmental meetings and reviews
  • Define and track strategic operational metrics to ensure efficient scaling and success
Required qualifications
  • At least 8 years of experience in Operational Leadership, Program Management, or Engineering Management
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion with exceptional operational rigor
  • Experience in translating technical findings into business-ready insights for C-suite stakeholders
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on measurable data for strategic decision-making
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain operational momentum in complex, fast-moving environments
