Program Lead, Performance Center

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and operationally-focused leader, the full-time Program Lead, Performance Center will manage the operational framework and cadence for the Performance Center, ensuring high performance and accountability across cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and refine the operational framework to drive accountability and meet commitments across high-stakes initiatives
• Own the scheduling and facilitation of daily standups, weekly syncs, and seasonal readiness reviews to maintain operational cadence
• Define and track strategic operational metrics to ensure efficient scaling and success of the team

Required qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in Operational Leadership, Program Management, or Engineering Management in high-volume internet traffic or cloud environments
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion with exceptional operational rigor
• Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders with technical insights
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on measurable data for strategic decision-making
• Experience in navigating competing priorities across Finance, Product, and Engineering to achieve shared goals
