Program Lead - Performance Center

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and operationally-focused leader, the full-time Program Lead - Performance Center will manage the operational framework, drive accountability across initiatives, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and refine the operational framework for the Performance Center to ensure commitments are met at scale
• Drive the operational cadence of the department by owning scheduling, agenda setting, and facilitation of meetings
• Define and track strategic operational metrics to measure success and ensure efficient scaling of the team

Required qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in Operational Leadership, Program Management, or Engineering Management in high-volume internet traffic or cloud environments
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion with exceptional operational rigor
• Strong executive presence with the capability to influence C-suite stakeholders
• Proven relationship-building skills, navigating competing priorities across multiple departments
• Analytical mindset with a focus on providing measurable data for strategic decision-making
