Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and operationally-focused leader, the full-time Program Lead, Performance Center will manage the operational framework, drive departmental cadence, and define success metrics while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure high performance in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and refine the operational framework for the Performance Center to ensure accountability across initiatives
  • Drive the operational cadence by facilitating daily standups, weekly syncs, and seasonal readiness reviews
  • Define and track strategic operational metrics to ensure team efficiency and success
Required qualifications
  • At least 8 years of experience in Operational Leadership, Program Management, or Engineering Management
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion
  • Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on measurable data for decision-making
  • Experience in managing complex, fast-moving environments with multiple technical workstreams
