Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and operationally-focused leader, the full-time Program Lead, Performance Center will build and refine the operational framework to drive accountability across high-stakes initiatives while partnering cross-functionally to ensure customer success and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and refine the operational framework for the Performance Center to ensure commitments to partners are met
  • Drive the operational cadence by managing scheduling, agenda setting, and facilitation of various departmental meetings
  • Define and track strategic operational metrics to ensure efficient scaling and success of the team
Required qualifications
  • At least 8 years of experience in Operational Leadership, Program Management, or Engineering Management in high-volume environments
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion with exceptional operational rigor
  • Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders with technical insights
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on measurable data for strategic decision-making
  • Experience in navigating competing priorities across Finance, Product, and Engineering
