Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and operationally-focused leader, the full-time Program Lead - Performance Center will manage the operational framework within the Performance Center, driving accountability and cross-functional alignment remotely or in a hybrid model.
Key responsibilities
- Build and refine the operational framework to ensure commitments to partners are met at scale
- Drive the operational cadence by facilitating daily standups, weekly syncs, and seasonal readiness reviews
- Define and track strategic operational metrics to ensure efficient scaling and success
Required qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience in Operational Leadership, Program Management, or Engineering Management
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion with exceptional operational rigor
- Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
- Strategic fluency in technical performance and its impact on financial margins
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on measurable data for strategic decision-making
