Program Lead, Performance Center

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and operationally-focused leader, the full-time Program Lead, Performance Center will build operational frameworks, drive accountability across high-stakes initiatives, and partner cross-functionally to ensure the highest level of performance for demanding workloads in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and refine the operational framework for the Performance Center to ensure commitments to partners are met
• Drive the operational cadence by managing scheduling, agenda setting, and facilitation of departmental meetings
• Define and track strategic operational metrics to ensure efficient scaling and success of the team

Required qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in Operational Leadership, Program Management, or Engineering Management in high-volume internet traffic or cloud infrastructure
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion with exceptional operational rigor
• Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on providing measurable data for strategic decision-making
• Experience navigating competing priorities across Finance, Product, and Engineering teams
