Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and operationally-focused leader, the full-time Program Lead, Performance Center will build and refine operational frameworks, drive departmental cadence, and track strategic metrics to ensure high performance and accountability across cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and refine the operational framework to drive accountability for high-stakes initiatives
• Own the scheduling, agenda setting, and facilitation of departmental meetings and reviews
• Define and track strategic operational metrics to ensure efficient scaling and success

Required qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in Operational Leadership, Program Management, or Engineering Management
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion with exceptional operational rigor
• Demonstrated executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
• Strategic understanding of how technical performance affects financial margins and customer success
• Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable data for informed decision-making
