Program Lead - Performance Center

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and operationally-focused leader, the full-time Program Lead - Performance Center will build and refine operational frameworks, drive accountability across initiatives, and partner cross-functionally to ensure high performance and customer success in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and refine the operational framework for the Performance Center to ensure commitments to partners are met
• Drive the operational cadence by owning scheduling, agenda setting, and facilitation of team meetings and reviews
• Define and track strategic operational metrics to ensure efficient scaling and success of the team

Required qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in Operational Leadership, Program Management, or Engineering Management in high-volume internet traffic or cloud environments
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion with exceptional operational rigor
• Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders with technical insights
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on measurable data for strategic decision-making
• Experience in navigating competing priorities across Finance, Product, and Engineering to achieve goals
