Program Lead - Performance Center

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and operationally-focused leader, the full-time Program Lead - Performance Center will manage the operational framework within the Performance Center, ensuring accountability across high-stakes initiatives while collaborating cross-functionally to drive scale and performance in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and refine the operational framework to drive accountability and meet commitments at scale
• Own the scheduling, agenda setting, and facilitation of departmental meetings and readiness reviews
• Define and track strategic operational metrics to ensure efficient team scaling and success

Required qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in Operational Leadership, Program Management, or Engineering Management in high-volume internet traffic or cloud environments
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion with exceptional operational rigor
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and translate technical findings into business insights
• Experience in navigating competing priorities across Finance, Product, and Engineering
• Analytical mindset with a focus on providing measurable data for strategic decision-making
