Program Lead, Performance Center

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and operationally-focused leader, the full-time Program Lead, Performance Center will build and refine operational frameworks, drive accountability across initiatives, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure high performance and customer success in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and refine the operational framework for the Performance Center to drive accountability and meet partner commitments
• Own the scheduling, agenda setting, and facilitation of departmental meetings to maintain operational cadence
• Define and track strategic operational metrics to ensure efficient scaling and success of the team

Required qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in Operational Leadership, Program Management, or Engineering Management in high-volume internet traffic or cloud infrastructure
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion and maintain operational rigor
• Demonstrated executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• Experience navigating competing priorities across Finance, Product, and Engineering teams
