Program Lead, Performance Center

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and operationally-focused leader, the full-time Program Lead, Performance Center will manage the operational framework and cadence of the Performance Center, driving accountability and cross-functional alignment in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and refine the operational framework to ensure commitments to partners are met efficiently
• Own scheduling and facilitation of department meetings, including daily standups and seasonal reviews
• Define and track strategic operational metrics to measure success and ensure effective scaling

Required qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in Operational Leadership, Program Management, or Engineering Management
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion with exceptional operational rigor
• Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on providing measurable data for strategic decision-making
• Experience in high-volume internet traffic or cloud infrastructure environments is preferred
