Program Lead - Performance Center

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and operationally-focused leader, the full-time Program Lead - Performance Center will manage the operational framework and cadence within the Performance Center, ensuring high-performance standards and cross-functional alignment in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and refine the operational framework to drive accountability and meet partner commitments at scale
• Own the scheduling and facilitation of departmental meetings, including daily standups and seasonal readiness reviews
• Define and track strategic operational metrics to ensure efficient scaling and successful project completion

Required qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in Operational Leadership, Program Management, or Engineering Management in high-volume internet traffic or cloud environments
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion with exceptional operational rigor
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable data for strategic decision-making
• Experience maintaining operational momentum in complex, fast-paced environments across multiple technical workstreams
