Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and operationally-focused leader, the full-time Program Lead, Performance Center will manage the operational framework and cadence within the Performance Center, ensuring high performance and accountability across cross-functional teams while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and refine the operational framework to drive accountability across high-stakes initiatives
- Own the scheduling, agenda setting, and facilitation of departmental meetings and reviews
- Define and track strategic operational metrics to ensure team efficiency and success
Required qualifications:
- At least 8 years of experience in Operational Leadership, Program Management, or Engineering Management
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion with operational rigor
- Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
- Strategic fluency in translating technical performance to business outcomes
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making
