Program Lead - Performance Center

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and operationally-focused leader, the full-time Program Lead - Performance Center will manage the operational framework within the Performance Center, ensuring accountability and cross-functional alignment while driving performance for high-stakes initiatives in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and refine the operational framework to drive accountability across initiatives and meet partner commitments
• Drive the operational cadence by owning scheduling, agenda setting, and facilitating departmental meetings
• Define and track strategic operational metrics to ensure efficient scaling and success of the team

Required qualifications:

• At least 8 years of experience in Operational Leadership, Program Management, or Engineering Management in high-volume environments
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion with exceptional operational rigor
• Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders with technical insights
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• Exceptional relationship-building skills and ability to navigate competing priorities across teams
