Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and operationally-focused leader, the full-time Program Lead - Performance Center will manage the operational framework of the Performance Center, ensuring accountability and cross-functional alignment while driving high-stakes initiatives in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and refine the operational framework to drive accountability and meet commitments across high-stakes initiatives
• Own the scheduling and facilitation of departmental meetings, including daily standups and seasonal readiness reviews
• Define and track strategic operational metrics to ensure efficient scaling and success of the team

Required qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in Operational Leadership, Program Management, or Engineering Management in high-volume internet traffic or cloud infrastructure environments
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion with exceptional operational rigor
• Strong executive presence with the ability to translate technical findings into business insights for C-suite stakeholders
• Experience in navigating competing priorities across Finance, Product, and Engineering
• Analytical mindset with a focus on providing measurable data for strategic decision-making
