- Cultivate and strengthen strategic partnerships with key client stakeholders
- Lead the intake, assessment, and prioritization of critical client initiatives and requests
- Oversee dashboard updates and ensure accuracy through collaboration with operational teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5-7 years of experience managing client relationships and leading projects
- Experience working in a cross-functional setting
- Familiarity with the Fleet Management industry
- Experience with Xcelerate, Service Cloud/Salesforce & Smartsheet
