Key Responsibilities

• Lead the global strategy for Ecosystem Renewals and develop comprehensive programs for partner accountability
• Guide the development of tools and automation to enhance partner autonomy in managing renewals
• Manage a team of Channel Renewals Specialists and ensure cross-functional alignment for program execution

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management, channel sales, or strategy within the enterprise software or subscription industry
• Proven expertise in designing partner-led strategies and programs
• Deep understanding of the subscription lifecycle and renewal processes
• Experience in leading strategy for technical product development supporting channel motions
• Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate internal and external teams
