Program Leader for Critical Industries

Job Summary

Driving operational excellence and customer success, the full-time remote Program Leader for Critical Industries will establish and scale a program management organization, oversee end-to-end program execution, and foster cross-functional business integration across strategic accounts.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and scale the Critical Industries Program Management organization, defining strategic vision and operational standards
• Drive exceptional customer outcomes by overseeing program execution and strengthening executive customer relationships
• Enable cross-functional business integration by partnering with various teams to manage complex, multi-geography programs

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• 10+ years of program, sales, or project management experience, including 3 years in leadership roles
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale, complex programs in global environments
• Experience in building and scaling high-performing teams and establishing operational frameworks
• Familiarity with program management methodologies and tools such as PMI, PRINCE2, MS Project, or similar
