Program Leader Network Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting the recruitment and operational administration of CIEE's Program Leader network, the remote Program Leader Network Coordinator for High School Study Abroad will manage recruitment processes, coordinate onboarding and training, and oversee travel logistics while fostering relationships to enhance program delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and hiring processes, including applicant communications and collaboration with Human Resources
• Manage onboarding and training for new Program Leaders, ensuring they are prepared for program delivery
• Oversee travel logistics and maintain engagement with current and former Program Leaders through various initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• One or more years of experience in recruitment, program coordination, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
