Program Leader Network Manager

Job Summary

Leading the recruitment and operational management of the Program Leader network, the full-time remote Program Leader Network Manager will oversee workforce planning, staff development, and community engagement to support Global Navigator High School Summer Abroad programs.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and develop the Program Leader Network Coordinator, managing team priorities and performance feedback
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for Program Leaders, overseeing the selection and onboarding processes
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to support student recruitment and enhance program delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, education, international education, business, communications, marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, program management, or a related field
• Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and developing staff or volunteers, with prior supervisory experience preferred
• Proficiency in CRM or database systems, with Salesforce experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
