• Support participants 24/7, addressing homesickness and cultural challenges while fostering discussions
• Cultivate group dynamics and assist participants in connecting with peers from diverse backgrounds
• Manage behavioral and academic issues, reporting incidents to local staff and assisting with program logistics

Required Qualifications

• Experience working with high school students in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Valid passport through February 2027
• Authorization to work lawfully in the United States
• Background check required as a condition of employment
