Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Management Advisor for the Out-of-Network Protection Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge management tools, best practices, and processes
• Drive operational reporting, controls, audits, and tools to enhance service delivery
• Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and support high-impact escalations

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• Strong background in Medicare and Commercial lines preferred
• Experience with reporting and automation tools preferred
• Experience in benefits and claims administration or project management preferred
• Advanced knowledge of products, lines of business, and claim systems required
