Job Summary
To drive business strategies and value delivery, the remote Enterprise Strategic Program Management Advisor will oversee strategic programs and projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams while ensuring adherence to program management standards and providing financial oversight.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day oversight of large-scale projects, facilitating problem-solving and escalating risks and issues
- Develop comprehensive program plans, including defining goals, objectives, and requirements, while analyzing business operations for improvement
- Support the development of reporting to provide insights on program progress and outcomes, ensuring executive visibility to risks and successes
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in business administration or related discipline plus 3 years of program or project management experience, or a Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience working with senior leadership stakeholders in a client-facing consulting environment on large-scale transformations
- Proficiency in financial analysis and valuation of business opportunities, including developing business cases
- Experience conducting ideation sessions with Business and IT areas to identify new initiatives
- Strong executive presence with excellent analytical, organizational, and planning skills
