Program Management Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting analytics and financial tracking, the remote contract Program Management Analyst will manage data sets, convert data into Power BI dashboards, and ensure accurate reporting for program performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain tracking of program performance against milestones, schedule, and deliverables
• Build, operate, and maintain integrated dashboards and reports using Power BI and other visualization tools
• Proactively identify, assess, and track key risks, dependencies, and execution bottlenecks

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in an analytical role, such as program controls, PMO analytics, or project finance
• Hands-on experience with Planisware, QuickBase, Power BI, and advanced Microsoft Excel
• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field is required
