Program Management Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Member and Provider Initiatives to join their MPSO Initiatives team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations and projects, including stakeholder engagement and project plan creation
• Evaluate departmental performance by analyzing data and metrics, and assist in developing departmental metrics and mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create implementation strategies and ensure department readiness for new initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in program management
• 2+ years of experience delivering projects/programs independently and within a team
• Experience in a fast-paced operations environment
• Proven track record of executing initiatives, including project planning and resource coordination
• Bonus points for a Master's Degree, PMP or Program Management Certifications, Lean/Six Sigma Certifications, and healthcare experience
