Program Management Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consultant, Program Management to provide project management support for the Africa Frontline First Initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a project management system to ensure project visibility and adherence to governance norms
• Lead the transition to a proactive Asana-first culture for project tracking and management
• Coordinate internal reporting cycles and manage documentation for convenings and events

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Project Management, or Public Administration
• Progressive experience in project management within complex, multi-country health programs
• Proficient in Asana and Google Workspace, with the ability to train others
• Knowledge of Primary Health Care and Community Health Worker programs
• Experience managing internal stakeholder relationships and maintaining thorough documentation
