Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Program Management responsible for overseeing major accounts and ensuring the successful delivery of products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and govern project implementation methodology and quality standards
• Oversee multiple account projects while managing individual projects as needed
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and support business development initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of account and customer management experience
• 3 years of management experience
• Knowledge of project management principles and practices
• Experience in the contact center industry and software/solution deployment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT management or Business preferred
