Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex hardware, software, and services for large-scale infrastructure solutions
• Own end-to-end delivery of high revenue programs, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, and profitability
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for customer commitments and develop relationships with key stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Prior people management experience focused on program development and delivery
• Demonstrated track record of delivering complex, contract-based solutions to external customers
• Experience in balancing complex programs involving hardware, software, and service delivery
• Ability to lead in an uncertain environment and manage difficult conversations across disciplines
• Domain experience in high-performance computing, cloud infrastructure, and complex software integration
