Program Management Director

Job Summary

Leading cross-functional initiatives, the full-time remote Program Management Director will implement and manage processes and tools to support the AI customer life-cycle, ensuring delivery excellence and client success through collaboration with engineers and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement processes for customer Proof-of-Concepts (PoC) and solution delivery
• Manage the PoC process, collaborating with account teams and solution architects to define scope and success criteria
• Continuously improve delivery practices while maintaining flexibility for innovation in fast-paced environments

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing large client-facing projects in a professional services or consulting environment
• Bachelor's degree in business or operational management
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar
• Proven experience delivering product-based software solutions to large enterprises with cross-functional teams
• Experience in creating and using AI agents to accelerate work and processes
