Job Summary

Driving organizational priorities from strategy to execution, the full-time remote Program Management Director will manage the implementation of the V2MOM strategic planning framework, oversee Customer Success initiatives, and craft strategic communications for senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation and governance of the V2MOM strategic planning framework across the Customer Success organization
• Drive successful outcomes for Customer Success initiatives and strategic projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Prepare materials for key meetings and manage executive presentations, effectively communicating the Customer Success strategy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, Customer Success, or related roles
• Strong understanding of Customer Success, customer lifecycle management, and industry trends
• Proven track record of developing and implementing initiatives that drive customer value and business growth
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality results within timelines
