Program Management Director

Job Summary

To support a growing portfolio of complex programs, the part-time remote Program Management Director will manage full P&L responsibilities, oversee program execution phases, and serve as the primary contact for senior government and international stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage large program portfolios with billion-dollar budgets and multi-disciplinary teams
• Direct all phases of program execution, including integrated program management and risk management
• Develop program strategies and proposals while driving process improvements in earned value management

Required qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance or clearance eligibility
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in program management or portfolio leadership for defense or government programs
• Demonstrated experience with P&L responsibility for large-scale programs ($100M+)
• Proven track record in integrated program management and risk management
