Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing distributed team of program managers
• Oversee the entire portfolio, managing dependencies and ensuring alignment with organizational strategy
• Proactively identify portfolio-level risks and develop mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 15+ years of progressive project/program management leadership experience
• Direct experience with AI-driven development
• Proven experience building and leading a Program or Project Management Office in a high-tech environment
• Demonstrated success working in a matrix leadership environment
