Job Summary

Leading diverse enterprise programs, the full-time Program Management Lead will manage multiple cross-functional work streams, ensuring alignment and progress while supporting initiatives such as data acquisitions and customer onboardings in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and align multiple cross-functional work streams across programs
• Own tracking, reporting, and proactive risk management across programs
• Communicate clearly and consistently with customers and senior leaders

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as a program/project manager with the ability to lead independently
• Strong track record of managing multiple work streams simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills with customers and senior stakeholders
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office
• Experience with Mission Control (Salesforce) is a plus
