• Complete care management summaries for High-Cost Claimant reporting
• Research findings and present to support problem resolution for escalated issues
• Lead small to mid-sized projects for process improvements and perform root cause analysis

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of clinical or clinical support experience
• High proficiency in analyzing and researching clinical information
• Knowledge of CPT codes is required
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence diverse teams
• Proficient in Microsoft and technology/software applications
