Job Summary

Transforming complex clinical and claims data into actionable insights, the full-time remote Program Management Lead Analyst will support Client Growth & Innovations Clinicians by delivering high-quality analyses and summaries to enhance provider partnerships and client decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely clinical and claims insights to support client and broker engagements
• Analyze high-cost claim data and conduct comprehensive clinical summary reviews
• Synthesize findings into executive-ready summaries for stakeholders and lead process improvement projects

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical or clinical support experience
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex clinical and claims information
• Experience reviewing medical records and summarizing clinical findings
• Effective communication skills for conveying insights to diverse stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
